UPDATE TO COURT FEES
Pursuant to The Court and Tribunal Fees (Miscellaneous Amendments) Order 2025, certain court fees will be increasing with effect from 8th April 2025.
The most relevant for our clients will be:

| Claim for possession- County Court | £391 | £404 |
| Bailiff application (possession) | £143 | £148 |
| Application with notice | £303 | £313 |
| Application without notice or by consent (this includes application for transfer to the High Court) | £119 | £123 |
| Application for charging order; 3rd party debt order, and order to attend questioning | £131 | £135 |
| Application for warrant of control | £91 | £94 |
