All undergo continuous development training resulting in a very low turnover of Advocates and staff.
Consistency of practice…. We are not a stepping stone for a career in the future for newly qualified Advocates, but a stable platform for professional Advocates in our own right.
We regularly audit our Advocates quality.
They may not sub contract and you will not be having “plumbers” attending your cases, as happened with another agency in 2009.
Close relationships with Advocates…. We believe in close ties and working relationships. You will be able to talk with our Advocates direct and we have good in-office help lines for you to take advantage of by discussing the best way forward on the more awkward cases. We offer training to your staff so that they can see the effect of what they do at Court.
All our Advocates have the appropriate rights of audience either via their own qualifications or are supervised by Solicitors in the Practice who are authorised persons under S18 LSA 2007.
